We are looking for a passionate and creative STEM & Robotics Programme Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, curriculum innovation, and creating meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.
You will play an exciting role in shaping future-ready STEM programmes for preschool and primary school students through interactive lessons, robotics activities, experiments, and project-based learning.
What You’ll Do
Design and enhance engaging STEM, Robotics, and Science programmes for young learners
Conduct interactive enrichment classes, workshops, holiday camps, and school programmes
Introduce innovative and hands-on learning approaches to make STEM fun and accessible
Support the development of new curriculum content, activities, and teaching resources
Guide and support trainers to maintain high-quality programme delivery standards
Work closely with schools, centres, and internal stakeholders to coordinate programmes and events
Monitor student engagement and learning progress to continuously improve programme effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, Robotics, Computing, Education, or related disciplines
Passion for STEM education and working with children
Experience in teaching, enrichment, robotics, coding, or programme coordination is an advantage
Creative, energetic, and confident in engaging young learners
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Familiarity with Singapore primary school Science or STEM-related curriculum is a plus
