Qualifications/Skills:

1. Sijil Kemahiran (SKM) L2 & L3 Electrical or any equivalent background.

2. 3 years and above experience as technician.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To assist the Chargeman for daily maintenance and repairs of all mechanical electrical equipment including the daily weekly cleaning of the same.

1. Daily maintenance and repairs of all mechanical and electrical equipments including the daily, weekly cleaning of the same.

2. Daily/regular checks on:-

a) Pump House.

b) Heat Pump Room

c) Air – Cond Plant/Cooling Towers.

d) Standby Generator.

e) Fire System.

f) Lifts.

g) Tennis court, squash court, multi-purpose hall,

3. To liase with contractors on all new installations and major repairs.

4. To standby for:-

a) Emergency breakdowns.

b) Overtime/standby duties for any function (private & clubs).

c) Standby duty – Cinema Shows.

d) To carry out other duties pertaining to the above as and when required/directed by supervisor/immediate supervisor.

e) Function stands by and set up (set up LCD projector, mic, and lap top, spot light, decoration light and PA system.

f) To monitor pest control activity every month

g) Monthly reading for water and electrical bill for tenant

h) Outlet lights and basement lights

i) Telephone line (lay cable for internet line, telephone line, network cable

j) Do check list for Air Cond and daily stock check list.

k) Festival decoration for Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, New year and CNY.

l) Sump pump at main kitchen, grease trap at basement 2 and basement 3.
