- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation are consistent.
- Develop menus and daily specials (for senior chef roles).
- Monitor food preparation processes and cooking times.
Kitchen Operations
- Organize and supervise kitchen activities.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Manage food storage, stock rotation, and inventory control.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
