Customer Service / Forwarding Clerk:

• Data Entry into internal system and SMK
• Customs Clearance Documentation (K1, K2, K8) or Cargo Clearance Permit Preparation
• Monitoring port shipments and cargo movement closely
• Answering enquiries from customer
• Well Communication with customers to meet their needs
• Assist in job assigned from time to time
• Maintain good team work and team communication while attending work and problem solving
• Self motivated, attention to details, good team player, able to work with minimum supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 Year of working experience in logistic / forwarding industry. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Computer literal, good knowledge of and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Working Hours (5.5 day):

Monday to Friday, Saturday (half day)
