Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operational Support staff to assist our operations team with day-to-day tasks in-house and at customer sites. The ideal candidate will support the delivery, installation, servicing while ensuring that all work complies with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations tasks including packing, loading/unloading, and delivery of materials to customer sites.

Provide on-site support for servicing, installation activities.

Follow safety procedures and company SOPs while working at the office or customer premises.

Coordinate with the Operations Team's PIC to plan daily schedules.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workspaces.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Operations Teams.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Possess a valid driving license (Class D or GDL is an advantage).
