Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business strategy into a roadmap of executable projects.
• Dependency Management: Monitor and manage multiple projects dependencies, resource constraints, and critical paths.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between C-suite executives, project teams, and external partners.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and resolve high-level risks before they impact multiple workstreams.
• Budget Governance: Manage the program-level budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized frameworks, governance structures, and documentation templates.
• Team Leadership: Mentors project managers and lead cross-functional, matrixed teams without direct authority

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects. You will align execution teams with our overarching business goals, manage multiple project dependencies, and optimize resources. Your primary objective is to deliver long-term business value by ensuring the successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of entire programs.
