We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Runner to support our engineering and maintenance team in ensuring the hotel facilities run smoothly. This role involves assisting in minor repairs, delivering tools or parts, responding to guest maintenance requests, and performing basic maintenance tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance team with daily operations and scheduled tasks
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and report issues
• Perform basic repair work (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains)
• Run errands such as collecting tools, equipment, or parts from storerooms or vendors
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Support in maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Log and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) is a plus
• Physically fit and able to walk, lift, or carry tools/supplies as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if needed
• Prior hotel experience is an advantage but not required
