Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and recovery planning.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, commitments, and expenditure.
Analyse schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support project managers with forecasting, risk assessments, and performance reporting.
Coordinate planning and project control activities with engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and subcontractors.
Participate in project review meetings and provide planning and project control support throughout project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Planner, Project Control Engineer, or Project Controls Engineer.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project controls, including cost control, schedule control, forecasting, progress measurement, and performance reporting.
Proven experience supporting EPCC, pipeline, mechanical, civil, or oil & gas projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), cost forecasting, and project reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
