Job Description - Project Admin (Junior Quantity Surveyor)
- Basic understanding of quantity surveying principles, contract administration, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BQ), quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (SMM2/MyCESMM2) is an advantage.
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CostX, Cubicost, Glodon, or other QS software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support quantity take-off from construction drawings.
- Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain contract documents, records, and project correspondence.
- Monitor project costs and assist in preparing cost reports.
- Perform other quantity surveying and contract administration duties as assigned.
Your criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or industrial training experience in construction, quantity surveying, or contract administration is an advantage.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
