Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation

Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme

Supervise technician to carry out daily maintenance work etc.;

Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

A minimum of 3 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;

Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will be an advantage;

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
