Forza Sports Management and Asia Pacific Soccer Schools run youth sports programmes across Hong Kong schools and clubs, catering to players up to 18 years old.

The Role
Join our Senior Leadership Team to shape business strategy, elevate programme quality, expand our customer base, and lead a large, dynamic coaching team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Recognized A-License football coaching qualification.

• Leadership: Proven experience managing a large team of sports coaches.

• Operations: Experience administering football programmes/academies (HK or overseas).

• Events: Track record of organizing sporting events and competitive tournaments.

• Skills: Native-level English with strong administrative and IT capabilities.

Note, due to the nature of the sports industry, evening/weekend work is unavoidable and must be expected. Further details can be given at interview.
