NPI Engineer

Position Summary

The NPI Engineer is responsible for introducing new products intomanufacturing, ensuring process readiness, yield performance, and smoothtransition into mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EVT, DVT, and PVT builds
• Develop:

·    Process flow

·    Work Instructions

·    Manufacturing setup

• Identify risks and drive process improvements
• Monitor yield and performance during ramp
• Coordinate with Design, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
• Ensure smooth product transition to mass production

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of NPI experience in electronics or optical module manufacturing

Technical Skills

·       Strong understanding of:

·    Manufacturing process flow (DB/WB/AA/Test)

·    Process development and validation

·       Experience in:

·    EVT, DVT, PVT phases

·   Processrisk assessment

Soft Skills

·       Strong project coordination andproblem-solving ability

·       Cross-functional communication skills
