Role Description The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program execution for electronics repair and renewal initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and sustainability goals. This full-time, on-site role in Penang, Malaysia involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and monitoring program performance through metrics and reporting. The individual will develop and maintain project plans, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across operations. The role also includes stakeholder communication, preparation of status updates, support for customer meetings, and collaboration with engineering and operations to optimize processes and deliver consistent program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including planning, coordination, prioritization, and risk management.
• Operational and process improvement skills, with experience in workflow optimization, quality assurance, and performance tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data and updates clearly to internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, reverse logistics, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
