Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Data Analyst & Power BI Developer a Data Management division. In this role, you will not just build reports-you will architect semantic layers and build enterprise-grade data models on top of our cutting-edge unified data platform.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on transforming complex data matrixes (Lakehouse, APIs, SQL) into high-visibility executive dashboards.
Core Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Power BI Engineering & Semantic Modeling

Advanced Model Architecture: Redesign and build intuitive, enterprise-grade semantic models to empower business units with reliable self-service reporting.

Complex Development: Formulate advanced DAX logic, optimize Power Query scripts, and build highly interactive, visual dashboards from scratch.

Data Governance & Security: Architect and enforce dynamic Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to safeguard sensitive data domains and support global compliance.
2. Data Integration & Pipeline Collaboration

Modern Stack Integration: Interface seamlessly with our data platform, pulling from and contributing to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Lakehouse endpoints, and Delta Lake.

ETL & Data Wrangling: Connect, blend, and manipulate data from fragmented sources (SQL repositories, REST APIs, enterprise warehouse layers).

Version Control: Leverage Git and shared corporate repositories to manage dashboard versions, deployment pipelines, and report releases.
3. Data Quality & Business Enablement

Rigorous Validation: Establish data validation frameworks and business rule assertions to reconcile cross-source inconsistencies.

Knowledge Transfer: Conduct targeted workshops, build technical documentation (data flows, schema logic), and champion self-service analytics best practices.
Key Requirements

Experience: 5-7 years of robust data analytics experience

Technical Mastery: * Advanced, production-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong SQL engineering skills for complex data transformations, aggregations, and performance tuning.

Platform Exposure: Hands-on familiarity with the modern data ecosystem, specifically Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, OneLake) or Databricks (Unity Catalog).

Business Acumen: Exceptional capability to translate intricate retail metrics into clean, structured business narratives for C-suite and regional heads.

Communication & Engagement: Professional fluency in English with a proactive consulting style; confident in managing difficult stakeholder requirements and managing alignment between IT and Retail Operations.
