• Develop and establish process recipes for newly installed process equipment.

• Conduct qualification activities for new process equipment and associated process recipes.

• Evaluate new processes through systematic process characterization studies.

• Execute inline troubleshooting and qualification support within daily fab operations.

• Participate in Gemba activities to identify and drive improvement opportunities across operational and quality dimensions.

• Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of wafer fab process engineering experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on DCVD process engineering; experience on Applied Materials Centura and/or Producer platforms is preferred.

• Solid CVD process technical foundation with a demonstrated track record in developing and optimizing process recipes.

• Competent in SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
