About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Executive (Formwork System / Formwork Components / Construction) to join our team, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the construction formwork sector.
You will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry. This role is crucial to our business expansion and will require you to combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales expertise to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the construction formwork sector, targeting contractors, construction companies and project developers
- Promote and sell formwork systems and components to contractors, builders, and engineering firms, achieving sales targets
- Develop and present tailored formwork system solutions and product offerings that align with client requirements and project specifications
- Provide technical support by designing solutions, reviewing drawings, and conducting site consultations to ensure project success
- Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and support sales efforts
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prepare detailed proposals, layout plans, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Manage the full sales cycle, track project progress, conduct site visits and provide responsive after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction
- Contribute to market development strategies in Singapore and the region to support sustained business growth
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales in formwork systems, formwork components, building materials or related construction sector
- Solid knowledge of formwork systems, formwork components and construction site operations to provide effective guidance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and similar software to manage sales documentation and presentations
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Relevant working experience in Singapore markets to navigate local industry dynamics
