Key Responsibilities

• Source food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies for multiple outlets.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify new sourcing opportunities.

• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment needs.

• Support tender exercises, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Finance teams on menu launches, promotions, and new outlet openings.

• Track supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in the F&B industry.

• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

• Organised, process-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CHECKsystem.

• Existing F&B supplier network is an advantage.
