WHAT YOU'LL DOSales & Tele-Calling

• Prospect and reach out to SME leads via cold calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Qualify leads and convert them into appointments or event attendees

• Follow up consistently and manage your own sales pipeline

Proposal & Pitching

• Prepare customised proposals and quotations for potential clients

• Present and pitch ************* membership packages and managed services to business owners

• Conduct product demos and consultations (in-person or virtual)

• Represent GoCross at trade events, roadshows, and SME expos

Account & Relationship Management

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to operations team

• Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling

• Track sales activity and report weekly to management

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
