• To be responsible of the whole preparation, startup and shut down of the Extrusion machine
• To process the order according to the Production Job Sheet and ensure of the product dimension and specification, special instructions, processing parameters and other pertinent requirement according to EHP’s standard and customer requirements.
• To monitor and check the consistency of the product quality and food safety according to the specification.
• To identify and report any defects immediately to the Line Leader / Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor.
• Regularly monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programmes (OPRPs) as part of production process to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Accurately record all CCP and OPRP data as required, ensuring that all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards.
• Identify and report any deviations from CCP and OPRP standards immediately to the Line Leader / Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor and take appropriate corrective actions as directed.
• To record the order accurately on to the sticker given and to stick on to each roll of Finish Goods.
• To perform any other task that is assigned by Line Leader / Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor.
• To update and record the daily production output, wastage, machine downtime report and IPQC Report.
• To maintain and take good care of the tools and equipment given for operation usage.
• To maintain the cleanliness and good housekeeping of the machinery and workplace.
• Report matters concerning product safety and quality to section Line Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor / Food Safety Team Member.

Competence Requirement:

• Experience: No minimum working experience is required. Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in a similar field will be added advantage. On-job training to be provided.
• Qualification: No specific qualification in academic requirement. Background in relevant field will be added advantage
• Skills:

a) Knowledgeable in handling machinery tools & equipment

b) Able to perform basic product inspection

c) Able to communicate with team on the technical issues in operation

d) Able to speak, read and write basic BM or English

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
