Programme Manager, Learning Journeys & Experiential Education
Mastereign Group | Singapore

Who We Are

Mastereign Group has been shaping learning experiences for over 29 years. With programmes spanning student enrichment, corporate training, and international delegation visits, we've reached more than a million learners across Singapore and the region.

Our Learning Journeys vertical is one of our fastest-growing business areas — and we're building the team to match. We're a hands-on, mission-driven organisation where people who care about impact find their place. If you've spent your career in classrooms, on coach buses, or in front of groups you're trying to move — you'll recognise the culture here.

The Role

This is not a desk job.

As Programme Manager for Learning Journeys, you'll design, lead, and continuously improve structured learning experiences for students, corporate groups, and international delegates. You'll be the person who turns a brief into a journey — crafting the itinerary, briefing the trainers, managing the logistics, and then standing at the front of the room (or the bus, or the exhibition hall) making it all come alive.

You'll report to the Head of Innovation and work closely with our Enterprise and Productivity teams. You'll have real ownership over programme quality and the creative latitude to build something worth being proud of.

If you believe learning happens best when it's experiential, purposeful, and well-executed — this role was designed for you.

One Important Thing First

This role requires a valid Tourist Guide License issued by the Singapore Tourism Board.

If you hold this licence and see it as a professional identity — not just a credential — keep reading. If you don't yet hold it, this role is not the right fit at this stage.

What You'll Do

Design & Deliver Programmes

  • Own the end-to-end design of learning journey programmes — from concept and customisation to facilitation guides, learning materials, and participant resources
  • Lead and facilitate programmes on the ground as a licensed Tourist Guide
  • Maintain consistently high delivery standards across all programmes and participant groups

Drive Quality & Operations

  • Manage scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground execution
  • Gather feedback, analyse performance, and implement improvements after every programme cycle
  • Keep all programme data, schedules, and project records accurate and up to date

Build the Trainer Community

  • Work with the Enterprise team to forecast demand and maintain a strong pool of associate trainers and facilitators
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of trainers
  • Brief and align trainers to programme objectives before every deployment

Innovate & Grow

  • Stay current with trends in experiential learning, education travel, and MICE
  • Lead at least one new programme development initiative per year
  • Contribute ideas and concepts to business development and market expansion efforts

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, education, tourism, events, or programme management
  • Valid Tourist Guide License (Singapore Tourism Board) — this is a strict requirement

You'll thrive in this role if:

  • You get restless behind a desk and come alive in front of a group
  • You think in programmes, not just tasks — you naturally see how pieces connect into an experience
  • You've managed a full-day event or learning journey and felt most in your element when something unexpected happened and you handled it
  • You're comfortable with international participants, school groups, and C-suite delegates — sometimes in the same week
  • Weekend and on-ground delivery doesn't drain you. It's part of why you do this work.

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.30pm
  • Flexibility required for weekends and on-ground programme delivery
  • This is an active, field-facing role — not primarily office-based

Why This Role, Why Now

Learning Journeys at Mastereign is growing — in programme breadth, client segments, and regional ambition. The person who joins now will have the opportunity to shape how this vertical scales, not just execute what already exists.

You'll work on programmes that genuinely matter to participants. You'll build relationships with trainers, clients, and stakeholders who respect craft and care about outcomes. And you'll have the support of a group with deep institutional knowledge and a real appetite for what comes next.
