We are a service-oriented company committed to delivering reliable and timely solutions to our customers. As part of our growth, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator with strong customer service skills to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing records, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service schedules and job assignments.
- Communicate with client and service specialist to arrange service appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain updated records of our ongoing and completed jobs.
- Generate and assign service reports (using our system) to the service specialist according to the schedule.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage and keep track of company equipment and resources.
- Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, basic documentation).
- Adaptable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Days
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday half day
Salary
Starting from SGD 3,000 onwards (based on experience)
