Le Gardien is a Singapore-based glass solutions company serving projects across the UAE and Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a motivated Operations & Project Coordinator to support supplier coordination, logistics, project execution, and customer support.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers
• Manage quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices and shipments
• Track project schedules and follow up on outstanding items
• Ensure accuracy of project documentation
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively identify risks
• Support management in improving workflows and operational efficiency
• Communicate daily with China suppliers and overseas customers
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree preferred
• 2–5 years experience in logistics, export, supply chain, project coordination or operations
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised and proactive
• Able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
