Our client is seeking a meticulous and motivated Admin Assistant to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in managing front desk, reception, and office administration duties, coordinate meetings and events, maintain records and supplies, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage front desk and reception activities, perform general office administration, coordinate meetings and events, maintain office records and supplies, support departments with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently as well as in a team.
