We are looking for an Events Executive to join our team!

As an Events Executive, we rely on you to:

• Prepare relevant external and internal documents
• Handles incoming/outgoing inquiries and correspondence
• Upkeep departmental filing and tracing systems
• Provide clerical support to senior management
• Assists to conduct hotel inspection and/or handle walk-in inquiry
• Ensure events are executed according to client expectations and hotel standards
• Oversee on-site event operations and assist as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for providing business support to senior management
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
• Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Preferably has hospitality-related work experience
• Has strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and analytical skills
