Join our team as an IT/MIS Engineer and play a key role in keeping our business connected, efficient and future-ready.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and administration for ERP System and business applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, incl hardware, software, networks and user support.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups and ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors and users to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, incl AI, automation and process improvement projects.
• Maintain IT documentation, user training and ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Requirements

• SQL, MS Office and VBA knowledge is a MUST.
• Diploma IT/Computing/Computer Science or at least 3 years of working experience in similar role.
• Sound knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking and M365 applications.
• Familiarity with databases, system administration, cybersecurity practices and help-desking.
• Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation or digital transformation projects will be an advantage. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive service-oriented mindset.
