Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoicing: Accurately prepare, process, and issue customer invoices; proactively track and follow up on outstanding payment statuses.
Payroll Support: Track, verify, and input staff Overtime (OT) data to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Inventory Control Support: Manage incoming stock items, update the inventory database accurately, and maintain precise stock level records.
Contract Management Support: Draft maintenance contract agreements and closely monitor and follow up on upcoming customer renewals.
Frontline & Communication: Handle incoming phone enquiries professionally, routing calls and managing basic customer requests efficiently.
General Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and ad-hoc office support to the management and project teams.
