Are you passionate about sales, design, and transforming spaces? Join our growing team and be part of exciting residential, commercial, hospitality, and renovation projects.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and generate new business opportunities for interior design, renovation, and carpentry projects.
* Meet clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
* Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into projects.
* Attend site visits, meetings, and project discussions when required.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client expectations from project commencement to completion.
Requirements
* Sales experience in interior design, renovation, carpentry, construction, or related industries is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
