Job Description &Requirements

We are a local company which operates a Filipino restaurant in Singapore.

We arelooking for a candidate to fill in the position of a Chef. The Chef is responsiblefor leading kitchen operations, planning menus, and preparing a wide range of high-quality Filipino cuisines while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Key duties include managing inventory, controlling food costs, training staff, and ensuring efficient service during busy hours, requiring both culinary expertise and leadership skills. 

Required Qualifications

1. At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Has experience working in the F&B line for at least 5 years.
3. The candidate must preferably be able to converse well in both English and Filipino as the job requires broad coordination in both languages.
4. The candidate should have an extensive experience in preparing and handling Filipino cuisine.
