Job Description& Requirements
- Execute, Coordination, Planning, and formulation of new/existing projects
- Close supervision, Management, and execution of construction work, including monitoring work progress and quality
- Must have the experience in Diaphragm wall and pilling in construction
- Manage vendors, contractors, and Sub Con for progression of work
- Responsible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target, client’s expectation, and compliance to authorities’ regulations.
- Responsible for the project quality and safety plan.
- Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all project aspects.
- Work closely with the Engineering team on any technical issues arising from the site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite
Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 15 years working experience in LTA construction projects

Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
- Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
- Effectively applies safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards

Full Job Description
- Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.
- Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.
- Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
- Producing site progress report to management.
- Monitor and ensure sub-contractors comply with specified requirements.
- Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements related to project.
- Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.
- Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
