Job Summary

Join INFUSION ROASTERY CAFE as a Kitchen CDP/Chef to prepare quality menu items, maintain hygiene standards, manage inventory, and contribute to smooth kitchen operations in a friendly café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following company recipes to ensure consistent taste and quality
• Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards before serving
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food hygiene standards in all kitchen areas
• Assist with stock control and inventory management to support kitchen supply needs
• Contribute to daily kitchen operations by coordinating tasks and workflows
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience working in a café or restaurant kitchen environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented work approach
• Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage but not mandatory
