岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for the effective maintenance and operation of our building facilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our nursing home remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained to support the well-being of our residents and staff.

Facilities Development

Project Planning & Design

  • Develop conceptual designs for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and space utilization analyses to optimize facility layouts and workflows.

Budgeting & Procurement

  • Prepare project estimated budgets and ensure cost-effective designs.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiations with consultants and contractors.

Project Management

  • Oversee development projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal departments and external agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Technical Oversight

  • Review and approve technical submissions, including method statements, material specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with end-users to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project development.

Facility Management

Maintenance & Inspections

  • Conduct regular inspections of the building and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition and meet the standards set by relevant authorities.
  • Investigate equipment and system breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Contract Management & Procurement

  • Coordinate contract administration, monitor work progress, and oversee installation and testing of systems and equipment.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance contracts are renewed or secured before the expiry of equipment warranties.

Partner Management

  • Oversee outsourced M&E and security service providers, ensuring adherence to contract terms and service-level agreements.
  • Manage and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and specialist contractors for M&E systems, medical equipment, and fitness devices.

Other Duties

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department.
