Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Pest Control Technician to join our team. You will conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial sites, diagnose pest issues, apply approved pest control treatments safely, and advise clients on preventive measures - while maintaining accurate service records and upholding company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

--------------------

- Conduct detailed inspections of premises to identify pest infestations and conducive conditions.

- Determine and implement appropriate pest control solutions- including chemical, non-chemical, fogging, misting, baiting, and residual spraying methods.

- Safely handle and apply pesticides/chemicals in accordance with NEA guidelines and company SOPs.

- Advise clients on effective pest prevention techniques, sanitation practices, and follow-up measures.

- Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

- Respond promptly and professionally to service requests ,emergencies, and client inquiries.

- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- PSLE / N-Level or equivalent.

- NEA Vector Control Technician or Worker License.

- Valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

- Basic communication and documentation skills in English.

- Physically fit and able to work in diverse environments.

- Punctual, responsible, service-oriented, and attentive todetail.

- Team-player with a positive attitude.
