Key Responsibilities


Engage customers and provide professional beauty and skincare consultations
Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences
Demonstrate product usage and benefits confidently
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and store housekeeping
Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotional campaigns




Requirements


Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
Prior retail, beauty advisor, sales, or customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
Comfortable approaching customers and providing recommendations
