RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation;
• Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing;
• To assist Project Manager for site planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections
• To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule;
• To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval;
• To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices;
• To ensure efficient control and use of manpower, equipment and materials onsite without wastage;
• Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering duly recognised by Professional Engineer Board of Singapore and accepted universities within the BCA listing.
• At least 3 years in relevant working experience in local construction industry;
• Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal & communication skills
