Overview: -

• Basic UP $3200(W Exp) + AWS + Night Shift allowance
• Loyang

Work day/hours: (Rotating shift required)
Day Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Night Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 4:15 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
• Saturday: Off

Job Responsibilities: -

• Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accurate daily updates.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team while overseeing daily warehouse operations.
• Review and ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, risk assessments, and quality assurance requirements.
• Participate in business RFQs (Request for Quotations) and cost simulation exercises.
• Drive system implementation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure all logistics support functions align with operational and business requirements.

Requirements: -

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions.
• Hold a valid forklift driving licence.
• Be able to operate VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklifts and stackers.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
