We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Logistics Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities, coordinate transportation arrangements, and ensure smooth delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling operational planning, shipment coordination, documentation, driver coordination, and customer communication.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.

Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments for smooth operational flow.

Plan and monitor vehicle schedules, delivery routes, manpower arrangements, and job assignments.

Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, permits, service reports, and other logistics-related documents.

Track shipments, update delivery status, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Ensure all goods are delivered safely, accurately, and within the required timeline.

Monitor vehicle maintenance, road tax, insurance, inspection, fuel usage, and other transport-related matters.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for logistics support.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions professionally.

Maintain proper filing records for operational documents, delivery records, and compliance matters.

Assist in inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse coordination when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics operation reports for management review.

Support management in improving logistics efficiency, cost control, and service quality.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or operations coordination will be an advantage.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.

Knowledge of delivery planning, transport coordination, and logistics documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email communication.

Able to communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.

Responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Must be willing to work according to operational requirements, including weekends or extended hours when necessary.

Candidates with experience in construction, transportation, delivery, import/export, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
