Programme Facilitators/Coach

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Part-Time Programme Facilitators/Coaches to support the delivery of a variety of educational and sustainability-themed programmes. These may include upcycling workshops, gamified learning experiences, gallery tours, experiential trails, and community outreach events. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging people of different age groups, and brings energy, clarity, and warmth to every session.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver pre-planned programme sessions to diverse groups, including children, youths, families, and seniors.
• Bring content to life through storytelling, interactive demonstrations, games, sharing, discussions, and hands-on activities.
• Adjust tone, pacing, and facilitation methods to suit different audience profiles and learning environments (indoor/outdoor, formal/informal).
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere that encourages active participation and curiosity.
• Support programme logistics, including set-up and pack-up of materials and activity venue.
• Observe participant responses and assist with basic feedback or reporting where needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken English; able to communicate clearly, confidently, and respectfully with participants of all ages.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to scheduled programme dates and times.
• Warm, adaptable, and energetic personality, with an interest in education, sustainability, or community engagement.
• Comfortable facilitating both small and large groups in various settings.
• Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, community work, or events is an advantage.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors, and open to learning new content and delivery styles.
