Business Development Executive

We're an independent creative agency with over 20 years of experience delivering annual reports, branding, campaigns, content, and digital projects for organisations and public agencies.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who is organised, proactive, and eager to help grow the business. This role combines client servicing, project management with business development.

What You'll Do

• Manage creative projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, writers and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support their ongoing needs.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Maintain and update CRM and project management systems.
• Comfortable with using AI tools to improve productivity and support day-to-day work.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Comfortable using CRM, project management, and AI tools.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
