Responsible for delivering high-quality performance testing and translating physiological and biomechanical data into actionable training interventions. This role combines advanced assessment execution, data interpretation, and applied coaching to support measurable client outcomes and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Testing

• Conduct metabolic testing (VO₂max, lactate threshold), VALD strength/force diagnostics, and gait analysis
• Ensure strict adherence to testing protocols, calibration standards, and SOPs
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, reliability, and data integrity

2. Data Interpretation & Delivery

• Analyse performance data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Communicate results clearly to support understanding and behavioural change
• Recommend appropriate interventions and service pathways for progression
• Contribute to retention, satisfaction, and long-term engagement

3. Compliance & Standards

• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, safety, and testing protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of all assessments and client interactions
• Engage in continuous development and technical upskilling
