Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Plan and organize daily food preparation.
• Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
• Order and receive food supplies when required.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Comply with all food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop new menu items.
