We are looking for a motivated Head Chef
Job Description:
Make sure kitchen operations are smooth
Ensure a high quality of food and high level of hygiene are maintained daily
Manage and train kitchen staff.
Develop recipes and menus.
Determine presentation plans.
Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
Help with financial planning and budgeting.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
Previous experience as sous chef or head chef in fine establishments is referred
Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
