Requirement:

Must have bachelors degree in chemical, chemical engineering or material science related

fresh grads are welcomed.

Duties:

• To sustain and improve process capability indices to meet operations goals
• Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance
• Optimize process capability to meet operation needs
• Perform Shift duties to support production
• Implement projects to improve process capabilities and reliabilities
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and process issues and put corrective & preventive actions in place
• Start-up new equipment processes which involve process characterization and development
• Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality
• Organize training for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skills to perform tasks assigned and maximize their effectiveness
• Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization through the use of quality improvements tools
• Liaise and work with vendors on process related problem solving, as well as performance improvements
• Establish and maintain a good audit system for both internal and QA audit on process documentation

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
