As part of our team, you'll be working as Engineer who shares a passion for digital business and possess exceptional technical skills. As an Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of the platform, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work with various teams throughout complex implementations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Dynamics 365 Projects : Architect, design, and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Business Central) to address business needs with collaborations with project manager, analysts, and business stakeholders.

  • Customization & Configuration : Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Automate flows, including apps, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, security roles, and so on.

  • Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Power Platform, Azure Services, and custom API solutions.

  • Solution Design & Architecture : Design scalable and secure solutions following best practices and guidelines.

  • Technical Expertise : ability to work with analysts and engineers to develop customizations with deep technical knowledge and ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Troubleshooting & Support : Identify and resolve issues related to system configurations, integrations, and platform performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical designs, user manuals, and deployment plans.

  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

    • Speak and write in English Fluently (This is a must).

  • Experience :

    • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central would be a plus

    • Experience leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and customizations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform would be a plus.

    • Proven ability to architect and design enterprise-level solutions would be a plus.

    • Knowledge and work experience in domains such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Success, Order Management, or Finance Operations would be a plus.

  • Technical Skills :

    • Ability to utilize AI technologies, (e.g. Claude, Codex) for development is a must.

    • Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Web APIs is preferred.

    • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Business Central customization is a plus.

    • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI) and Azure Services is a plus.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps or Service Bus is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

    • Expertise in data migration and integration tools (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.

  • Soft Skills :

    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

    • Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

    • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

    • Effective at presenting ideas and concepts clearly.


Experience in consulting, business analysis, artificial intelligence, or user experience is a plus.
