- Purchase parts and materials from local and overseas suppliers.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Arrange shipment and delivery for overseas purchases.
- Coordinate with forwarding agents on import shipments and customs clearance documents.
- Prepare product costing and provide selling prices to the Sales Team.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery status to ensure on-time arrival.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
- Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and accounts departments to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
