Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No disciplinary or warning letters within the past 12 months.

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or operations role, preferably in a high-value environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experienced with systems like Kofax or other document management tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive documents and ensure data confidentiality.

  • High-speed, accurate data entry skills.

  • Adaptable, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage shifting priorities.

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
