JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project Manager – Data Center (DC) Migration

Role Title: Project Manager – DC Migration

Reporting To: Program Manager / PMO Lead / Head of Infrastructure Delivery

Experience: 8–12+ years (3–5+ years in DC migration / infrastructure transformation)

Role Summary

Responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end data center migration initiatives, ensuring minimal downtime, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across infrastructure, applications, and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Own project plan including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path

- Manage migration waves, cutover planning, and execution

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Infra, App, Security, Network, Vendors)

- Track scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

- Drive governance meetings, RAID management, and reporting

- Ensure readiness gates, runbooks, rollback plans, and validations

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control

- Support hypercare, decommissioning, and operational handover

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong project management and delivery experience

- Understanding of infrastructure (compute, storage, network, security)

- Experience in migration models (lift & shift, hybrid, cloud)

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project)

Certifications (Preferred)

- PMP / PRINCE2

- ITIL Foundation

- Cloud fundamentals (Azure/AWS)

Work Location: In person
