Job Responsibilities

• Welcoming members/non-members in a friendly and professional way
• Addressing and escalating member/non-member complaints
• Providing information about courses, pricing, special offers, etc.
• Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions with members/non-members
• Issuing receipts, refunds, etc.
• Responsible to pack ingredients
• Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers
• Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring
• Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the lessons
• Maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area
• Provide support on other related studio operations (e.g. during events, such as booth/special functions/etc.)

Job Requirements

• Working in shift required. Working shift are usually 9 hours with 1 hour break.
• Fluent in English. Conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must.
• Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and tidy appearance
• Reliable attendance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM13.00 per hour
