Drives sales growth by building customer relationships, promoting products, achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and close sales.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal departments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update customer records.
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
