Job Summary

You will assist the manager with data entry, generate reports, follow up on customer queries, and perform general office administration tasks to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately to support managerial reporting and decision-making
• Generate reports to provide clear insights and updates for management
• Follow up promptly on customer queries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Perform general office administration tasks to maintain organized and efficient office operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate workflow
• Work independently and proactively contribute to team goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess O level or ITE certificate or higher

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, to complete office tasks efficiently
• Exhibit at least 3 years of office work experience to handle administrative duties effectively
