Overview
Client Representatives focus on the early stages of business relationships. You will connect with business owners who have shown interest, learn how they currently handle payments, and guide conversations toward solutions that support their operations.
This role emphasizes consistency, communication, and follow-through. It is designed for people who want flexibility, ownership of their work, and the chance to build a new skill set with training and support behind them.
What You'll Do
• Engage with business owners using provided leads
• Learn how each business accepts and manages payments
• Explain merchant service options in a clear, approachable way
• Coordinate follow-ups, questions, and next steps
• Track conversations and outcomes using internal systems
• Stay aligned with internal teams as accounts move forward
